It’s not on the official Little Free Library Map, but this library just outside of the Glendale City Hall has always been pretty well stocked every time I stop by. It’s one of six that Glendale Library Arts & Culture put up in 2015.

One of the fringe benefits of having a Little Free Library in a neighborhood with New York Times bestselling authors: they sometimes stop by and donate copies of their new books!! And just in time for the long weekend too…
If it’s not still in stock you can always order a copy on Amazon or find it at fine booksellers everywhere. If a neighbor has beaten you to it, while you’re waiting for it to come back, we recommend her first book Chanel Bonfire.
Our lobby isn’t very big, but maybe next time, we’ll have her over for a reading? We’re wondering how many Little Free Libraries host author events?!
